Mumbai, June 11: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), the Maharashtra based regional political party has once again come under scanner for their barbarism and this time Vibgyor High School at Malad has become the victim of their rage.

A seething flag-waving mob stormed into the school on Thursday afternoon. Around 40 MNS activists were seen raising slogans. The situation turned worse when they forcefully pushed aside the watchman and carried on with their act of vandalism. Besides damaging the school properties, the unruly mob created an atmosphere of terror for some 2000 children who were lucky to have been inside the building.

A major chaos was averted, thanks to the school teachers who pulled the children back to their classrooms.

The anxious parents, who were waiting outside to receive their kids, even requested the activists to set the kids free since they don't have any issues against the school. When one of the agitating members of MNS was asked the reason behind their protest, the reply came in negative. They had the least idea of what their agenda was and they only knew that a girl had been expelled from the school.

As per the latest report, the school trustee, Rustom Kerawala, has lodged a police complaint against the activists. Kerawala added that MNS activists have been booked under various sections, which include rioting, criminal intimidation and assault.

Interestingly, no arrests have been made in the case till now.

There had been several instances in the past when political parties had demanded ban on MNS for the sake of national unity and peace. Even UPA ministers demanded tough action against the party. Samajwadi Party had gone to an extent to even assert that there is no difference between the MNS and the terrorists in Kashmir.
