Woman collapses, dies in Gurgaon resort |

| Gurgaon, June 19: A 25-year-old woman employed with a MNC collapsed and died at the popular Wet'n'Wild resort at Manesar near here, police said today. The medical report attributed the death to a heart attack.
Deepika Jain had come to Gurgaon from Indore to get her brother admitted to a management institute.
According to a police source, she was about to get engaged and her fiance had also come to Gurgaon on an official trip. "They decided to meet in Wet'n'Wild resort. At around 5 p.m. Friday, both were there when Jain collapsed," the source said.
"She had come to enjoy with her parents. As she was about to jump in the swimming pool, the girl lost consciousness. She was rushed to nearby hospital where doctors declared her dead," said Jagdish Rai, the investigating officer.
"We haven't received any complaints from the girl's family so there is no question of foul play. A post-mortem examination was conducted and the body was handed over to family. She died due to heart attack as per the medical report," Rai added. (IANS) |
