Warm day likely in Delhi

New Delhi: A bright and sunny morning greeted Delhiites today. With the minimum temperature at 18 degrees Celsius, five degrees above average, the weatherman has predicated a warm day ahead.

"Today's minimum is the hottest since the past five years. The day is also likely to be warm with the daytime temperature likely to touch a maximum of 32," an official at the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

The IMD said that while the sky maybe partly cloudy in the day it would clear by the evening.

The maximum temperature recorded on Tuesday was five degrees above average for this time of the year at 32 degrees Celsius. (IANS)
