| New Delhi: The sky is expected to remain clear in Delhi today, the weatherman said a day after thundershowers with hailstones brought down the temperature in the national capital.
"Though shallow fog and partly clouded sky was reported in the morning, sky would mainly remain clear in the day. There are no signs of rain," an India Meteorological Department official told media.
The minimum temperature was 10 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 23 degrees Celsius.
The capital recorded nearly 14.8 mm of rainfall this week. According to the weatherman, rain at this time of the year is not unusual. Winter showers were expected by the end of January or February first week, but they have been delayed. (IANS) |
