Atlanta (USA), July 24: India's Rohan Bopanna and Kristof Vliegen of Belgium defeated Jonathan Erlich of Israel and Janko Tipsarevic of Serbia in a tough duel to reach the semi-finals of the Atlanta Tennis Championships.

Third seeded Bopanna and Kristof won 3-6, 7-6 (7), 10-8 on Friday and will now play Stephen Huss of Australia and Brazilian Andre Sa in the $531,000 hardcourt event.

Huss and Sa got a walk over from Americans Andy Roddick and Mardy Fish.
