Only after one reaches the level of self realization through spirituality can he get back his self confidence in its fullest form. This is because the Heart chakra gets all the divine vibrations and becomes enlightened. This develops the decision making power in an individual and develops his or her wisdom. To build self confidence through spirituality one has to regularly practice Sahaja Yoga and meditation.
