| Kolkata: Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee said she would take charge of the railway ministry only after six more MPs of her party are sworn in and her party's ministers would spend five days a week in West Bengal.
"We have to stand by the people. I have not taken charge. I will take charge only after six other MPs from my party are sworn in," Banerjee said at her home here after her return from New Delhi.
"Our ministers will stay in Bengal for five days every week. The remaining two days they will be in Delhi," she told a large gathering of her supporters.(IANS) |
