Shiv Sena MP Kin accused for attack on IBN Lokmat office |

| Mumbai: Police arrested more than 20 Shiv Sena protesters and took 3 more people under custody because they have been closely associated with causing the attack on the IBN Lokmat offices in Pune and Mumbai on Nov 12. Sources claim that Sunil Raut, the brother of Rajya Sabha MP (Shiv Sena) Sanjay Raut, was responsible behind causing the attack.
Sunil, who recently lost the Maharashtra Assembly polls, has been running away from the police just after the attack and a frantic search is being carried out to catch him. Already 17 people were detained in Mumbai and around 6 Shiv Sainiks activists have been arrested from Pune.
All those activities who were arrested for causing the attack will be put on trial today. In spite of being blamed for the attack, Shiv Sena has not shown any apologies in front of the media. |
