Pool your wisdom to battle price rise: PM tells parties |

| New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today asked political parties to pool their wisdom and experience to evolve a pragmatic and practical solution to the problems of price rise.
Asked about the Left parties' planned protests on Thursday against the rising prices of essential goods, he said: "I don't think these problems could be solved by agitational tactics.
"The country has a problem and I would like all political patrties to pool their knowledge, wisdom and experience to evolve practical, pragmatic solutions to these problems."
Manmohan Singh, who speaking at the Rashtrapati Bhavan, said he would discuss the issue with chief ministers. (IANS) |
