New Delhi, July 12: The All India Congress Committee (AICC) is "seized of the matter" of the controversial yatra in Andhra Pradesh led by party MP Jaganmohan Reddy and union Law Minister M. Veerappa Moily, party in-charge of the state, would look into it, Congress spokesman Manish Tewari said today.

Tewari said Moily will look into any "intra-party and intra-organisational issues" in the state.

At the routine AICC briefing here, Tewari avoided questions on whether the yatra by the son of the late chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy constituted an "act of indiscipline".

"The Congress party has set norms for dealing with organisational issues," he pointed out. "Moily will spell out the party stand on the yatra," he added.

Jaganmohan Reddy has defied the party leadership and continued with his 'Odarpu Yatra' or a march to console families whose member died of shock when his father, also known as YSR, died in a chopper crash last year. (IANS)
