Exchange of fire outside ISRO space centre close to Bangalore |

| Bangalore: Two unidentified men exchanged fire with the security forces of ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) early today. The incident took place at Byalalu close to Bangalore.
Police said that the security personnel of ISRO noted the suspicious movement of the two men close to the high security area of the space centre. Upon interrogation, the strangers shot at the security staffs with a small pistol that also compelled the security men to retaliate. However, the men escaped the scene soon.
Police is now investigating on the matter and have laid a search for the goons. As per the home ministry, ISRO buildings are in the lists of terror targets. Security has been strengthened at these space centers to protect it from all possible terror attacks. |
