It is an onerous task to tell a story and it become even more onerous if you do not have not enough ingredients to make the story a well-knit creation. This long three and half hours movie has a flood of characters (courtesy 12 roles played by Priyanka alone) and a nothing-new plot that slightly weans the director Ashutosh Gowarikar's reputation of a classy filmmaker.

What's your Rashee tells the story of Yogesh Patel (Harman Baweja), a multi-talented guy, who is doing his MBA. Given the prudent man he is, Yogesh is reluctant to marry anyone without taking care of the compatibility issue. Here comes the main fodder for the plot as he embarks on a venture to choose any of the girls from 12 zodiacs who will match his compatibility.

The story of What's your Rashee takes us for a roller-coaster ride as we witness Yogesh's rendezvous with 12 girls of different zodiacs. Be it the Arian Anjali or the Cancerian girl, every zodiac girl reflects her inherent nature through their revelations and confessions. It was really a tough job for Yogesh to weigh his options as he encounters 12 girls with different personalities and varying view points.

It is a wholesome treat for the audience to watch Priyanka's urban characters like Rajni, Sanjana and Kaajal, as she performed them with ease. When it came to portray the rural traits among her other characters, Priyanka did remain far away from the point of perfection.

12 songs (courtesy to 12 zodiacs) in a movie is bound to make an impact and for What's your Rashee such a long list of tracks did not quite welcome the cause. Apart from the title track, songs like Aaja lehrate and Bikhri si zulfein will be remembered for a long time. The rest 9 songs had no major role to play in the movie except for breaking the speed.

Gowariker's free flowing narrative and his love for details were some of the highs of this movie, which otherwise served an average meal to the audience. While the cinematographer and the choreographers did fairly a good job, no thanks to the editor since he seemed too ruthless to trim this movie.

Watch What's your Rashee for the confused Harman Baweja and the struggle he undergoes. If you keep aside repetitive tendency of the movie, it offers succinct entertainment.
