Aap Ka Suroor ReviewHimesh Reshammiya has already carved a niche for himself as a music composer cum singer and now it was his turn to showcase his acting potential. Believe it or not! Himesh Reshammiya actually wears many caps instead of the lone visible one. Out of the three releases this week, the most awaited was undoubtedly 'Aap Ka Suroor', as everyone was curious to know how fine Himesh is as an actor? Will he succeed or prove to be strolled into wrong alley? Aap Kaa Surroor is not a different love story, we have watched similar million a zillion times on the silver screen before. But, what makes it stand apart from the queue of movies of similar genre, is the feverish pace at which the turn of events unfolds in the movie. Before the spectator could absorb the first event, he is already watching a new link in the story. This enables the artists, not only to attract the movie goers, but also retain it for long, without being monotonous.
Aap Ka Suroor ReviewThe curiosity of his fans to watch Himesh Reshammiya acting, will ensure a beeline for cineplexes at least once. The musical score of Aap Kaa Surroor is tremendous, thanks to Himesh Reshammiya once again. Himesh Reshammiya looks natural in the movie as an actor and has not tried to ape any actor. He has handled a few emotional moments in the movie with his own signature accent. Despite all the critics, he stands out as the only hope for the move, success of which largely rests on him only, as the film has got a thin plot. The story writing is so shallow that one can exactly gauge, what the film is all about, at its very beginning. Aap Kaa Surroor starts off as a love story, but gets into the thriller drive subsequently, at a maintained pace. Besides, the film bears a stylish and glossy look and the viewer is enamored by the stunning locales of Germany as also the melodious musical score that has been filmed on some striking locations. Now, this one is an eye candy! Catch it guys!!
Aap Ka Suroor ReviewThe story revolves around a love triangle. Mallika is in love with Himesh Reshammiya, but the rockstar loves Hansika. He escapes from his prison cell, where he was kept as an accused for the murder of a television journalist. He has to find the actual murderer in one single day, or else his sweetheart will be married off to someone else. Now, does not this sound real FILMY!!! Screenplay in the movie unfortunately, acts as an eyesore. The scriptwriter has penned a script of convenience. Also, the identity of the actual killer is not kept secretive for long. The direction is rather weak, but technicians have worked hard to make movie one time watch. Mallika has done justice to her character in a negative shade. She impresses upon Hansika, who is though not new to acting or masala movies but her work leaves an impression of an amateur. Now, how can one take it so raw!!

The film looks stylish, but it could have been a bit more real and believable, had the scripting and direction been taken more care of. Moreover, the tagline of the film -- 'The Real Luv Story', remains unjustified. Himesh Reshammiya is in form as a composer and every song is a musical gem. However, 'Mehbooba' deserved better placement. Dialogues are just alright. On the whole, Aap ka Suroor has tremendous curiosity value attached to it, ensuring a fantastic opening for the film. Now, this is surely for the masses!
