The story revolves around a guy from Chandigarh, Nihal Singh, who is simple yet an unconventional guy. He talks a lot, is curious to know about everything and in the spare time constructs obscure devices. He is highly intelligent and possesses eccentric kind of charm. He always search for big ideas in small things and imagine of pursuing his higher studies from the most elite institute of science. He is elated when he finally gets admission in his dream college in Bombay city. For him the college signifies the commencement of a new world and he looks forward to meeting new people and facing life’s bigger challenges.

In the initial days of college he is ragged by his seniors and slurred by the girl he likes but slowly people starts taking him seriously as he wins all of them over slowly, including Professor Verma, the warden of the college. Professor Verma is enthralled by Nihal’s inimitable wits and agrees to become his mentor. The girl Nihal likes is Meesha who is proud, rude and is a rich spoil brat of the college. She is jealous of Nihal and finds it hard to accept Nihal managing to allure everyone. But, there is a big but, Nihal has a secret. Suddenly his world is boorishly interrupted as he starts getting illusions of Meesha’s life being in danger. He saves her life and gradually his secret is divulged. “Nihal, a lad from Chandigarh can perceive the future”, is the only news which seems to be perking up the media and the TV channels, after the incident.

Love blossoms between Meesha and Nihal as Meesha starts liking him. But the question which arises again is, how long will the tranquillity remain? What Nihal is novice about is that someone is attempting to exploit his gift against him. His visions thus become the tool of the traitor as he gets influenced by him. Will Nihal’s genius mind be able to identify the conspirator before he annihilates everything Nihal loves or will betrayal be his destiny? Who knows what’s next! Kal Kissne Dekha?

he music album of the movie was released on 8th March. Vashu Bhagnani has left no stone unturned to make sure that his son Jackky Bhagnani gets the right launch. He chose the biggest platform possible in Bollywood to introduce his son to the audience. He not only launched the music of his son’s debut movie, Kal Kissne Dekha, at the Filmfare awards but also made Jackky perform live on stage. Jackky, with his superb dance moves enthralled the audience and fetched a good response from them. Kal Kissne Dekha is the first movie to get the privilege of the music release at such an esteemed event

The girl paired opposite Jackky is Vaishali Desai. Vaishali has been a model and has worked in many commercials till she finally decided to take a plunge into acting. Satish Shah plays Vaishali's father in the film while Rishi Kapoor plays a pivotal role in the film. The movie is being directed by Vivek Sharma, of Bhoothnath fame. It also has Archana Puran Singh and Javed Jaffrey in the supporting role. Vashu Bhagnani is someone who is known for his Midas touch'. He gave Bollywood a number of musical entertainers like Coolie No. 1, Hero No. 1, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Biwi No. 1, Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai and Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein. He has roped in different composers for most of his films, during his 15 years of filmmaking. This time it is Sajid-Wajid as music composers on the cover of the movie.

The tracks included in the album are: 'Aalam Guzarne Ko', a mushy romantic number; 'Soniye Billori' which is fast moving dance track with a Punjabi feel to it; 'Aasman Jhuk Gaya', a melodious, lovely and mushy number which brings romance back into the album, 'Bin Tere Mar Javan Mein', a semi-classical cum situational track which has an Indian feel to it and showcases Vashali Desai in her classical dance avtar. The track number which is topping the charts is 'Tere Bina Lagta Nahin Jiya', a passionate song, which has been arranged well and comprise of good energy. Finally, the title track, 'Kal Kissne Dekha' is pictured on Jackky Bhagnani and is choreographed well. Jackky gets the opportunity to reveal his dancing abilities in this song. The song is the good combination of the right mix of melody-n-rhythm and has a 'climax song' feel to it.
