Sachin joins Twitter, his fans welcome the God of Cricket |

| The living legend of Indian cricket Sachin Tendulkar makes his entry on Twitter. His fans on Twitter went berserk when the master blaster started off with his first tweet from his Twitter handle (@sachin_rt), "Finally the original SRT is on twitter n the first thing I'd like to do is wish my colleagues the best in the windies." The Twitteratti, like always, has been proactive in welcoming 'the undisputed king of cricket'.
The tweets from Sachin's fans started flooding the timeline as they expressed their excitement to find their hero on their network. While some consider that the God has stepped into Twitter others feel that "twitter is blessed" by his presence. One of his ardent fans tweets, "My decision to join twitter has found a meaning".
Within a few hours of his entry in the Twitter world, Sachin Tendulkar's follower count went on to cross 11,000 mark. Overwhelmed to see the response from his fans Sachin tweets, "Can't believe the response I got in such a short time.".
Besides tweeting about his family and friends, the little master was also seen tweeting snaps of his childhood friend and some carefree moments. Starting from the cricketers like Zaheer Khan and Aakash Chopra to the media professionals, everyone on Twitter are busy spreading the word.
Tendulkar's fans are already riding high on expectation. They want their hero to break all records on Twitter as he did in cricket. |
