Bofors pay-off case records sent to trial court |

| New Delhi, Aug 10: The Supreme Court today directed the transfer of records of the Bofors pay-off matter to a trial court hearing a plea opposing the Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) move to withdraw the two-decade-old case against Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi.
A trial court in Delhi Saturday deferred till Aug 25 the pronouncement of its order on the plea by an advocate opposing CBI's move to withdraw the case against 70-year-old Quattrocchi.(IANS) |
