| Islamabad, July 16: A day after talks with India deadlocked on the issues of terror and Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistani External Affairs Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi today said his country was also a victim of terror. Islambad, he added, was ready to discuss all issues when New Delhi was ready.
"Pakistan is a victim of terror," Qureshi told reporters here.
"We are ready to negotiate. We are not in a hurry. When they are ready, we are ready to discuss all issues," Qureshi said, adding that Jammu and Kashmir is a part of the negotiations.
Qureshi and Indian External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna held wide-ranging talks on Thursday, but the discussions ended in acrimony over Pakistan raking up human rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir and India's insistence that Pakistan give a timeframe for completing trial of the 26/11 attackers.
