| Islamabad, June 20: Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi today said all issues, including water and terrorism, will be discussed in the forthcoming talks with India, stressing the need to bridge the trust deficit between the two countries.
Talking to reporters in Multan, he said that the Indian foreign secretary is visiting Islamabad June 24 for talks with her Pakistani counterpart and with him, the media reported.
Indian External Affairs Minister S.M.Krishna is expected to visit Pakistan on July 15, he said, adding that all the issues will be raised during the talks.
"We have long-standing issues with New Delhi which also include matters pertaining to water and terrorism," he said and emphasised the need for bridging the trust deficit for making a serious forward movement on all the outstanding issues between the two countries.
He also said that US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will visit Pakistan in July and the Pakistan-US strategic dialogue will be completed by July 9. (IANS) |
