Bangladesh jails have 349 Indians

| Dhaka, June 14: Bangladesh's jails have 1,048 foreign nationals, including 349 Indians, Home Minister Sahara Khatun informed parliament today.
The others include 666 Myanmarese, 21 Pakistanis, six Nepalis, three Tanzanian, and one each from Japan, Malaysia and Hungary, who are either convicted or awaiting trial, the minister said. (IANS) |
