President to address the nation on I-Day eve

| New Delhi, Aug 13: President Pratibha Patil will address the nation on Saturday, the eve of the 64th Independence Day, an official statement said today.
The address will be telecast live over all Doordarshan and All India Radio (AIR) channels in Hindi, followed by in English, from 7 p.m.
In addition, AIR will broadcast the regional language versions of the address over its regional channels from 9.30 p.m. (IANS) |
