President greets nation on Parsi New Year

| New Delhi, Aug 18: President Pratibha Patil today greeted the nation on the Parsi New Year and hoped the festival will spread harmony among all.
Parsi New Year will be celebrated on Thursday.
"On the auspicious occasion of Navroz, I convey my greetings and good wishes to all my Parsi brothers and sisters," the president said in her message.
"May this festival reinforce our commitment to synthesis, harmony and goodwill towards all," she added. (IANS) |
