Mumbai: Former Miss World Lara Dutta is all set to look ravishing in the film 'Blue', thanks to Hollywood make-up artist Nikoletta Skarlatos. Nikoletta, who has given Hollywood actress Keira Knightley the much appreciated look in 'Pirates of the Caribbean', worked on Lara's make up and hair especially for the under water sequences and other special effects action scenes in the film. She was assisted by Clarabelle Saldhana.
"Nikoletta Skarlatos was highly recommended by the international action team as a make-up artist who could give the character a glamorous look in action scenes. Skarlatos and Saldhana have put the whole look together for make-up and hair. They have done an amazing job and I am extremely thrilled with the results," said Lara.
Lara is cast opposite Akshay Kumar in 'Blue'. She plays a diver and has several underwater scenes in the film. "Blue has been a lifetime experience for me as I have done every possible under water stunt for the film. I am happy I could do it properly," Lara said. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt and Katrina Kaif. It is being directed by ad filmmaker Anthony D' Souza and produced by Shree Ashtavinayak. (IANS) |
