IGNOU to train Sri Lankan academics |

| New Delhi: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will hold a training workshop for a group of academics from Sri Lanka's National Institute of Education, the varsity said today.
The workshop, 'Curriculum Design, Development and Evaluation', will be held from Dec 14-23 here.
"The workshop aims to provide the participants with the theoretical underpinnings of curriculum and the major issues related to it. It will also give relevant hands-on experience, keeping in mind the demands of the 21st century," the official said. The team will visit many schools and national educational organisations.
