Kolkata, May 12: Calcutta Business School (CBS), an S.K. Birla group institute, is planning to start a 15-month programme for officials from next year, a top group official said today.

"We are planning to start a 15-month course for the officials from next year," S.K. Birla, chairman of the CBS board of governors, told reporters at a press meet here.

The course fees would be Rs.9-10 lakh. The seat capacity for the first batch would be 30-60.

CBS started a post-graduate diploma course in management two years ago. There was 100 percent placement for the first batch, Birla said.

Students were placed with remuneration of Rs.4-5.5 lakh in organizations like Emami Industries, Eveready Industries, HDFC, HSBC Invest Direct, ITC Infotech, and Titagarh Wagons.
