Civil Services exam topper reaches Srinagar

| New Delhi, May 7: Shah Faesal, the first Kashmiri ever to top the Civil Services Examination, reached Srinagar today to be with his family.
Besides family members, local people in large numbers and media contingents were waiting for him at the airport.
Faesal attained the first rank in the Civil Services Examination, 2009, and has expressed the desire to join the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). (IANS) |
