IAF to give permanent commission to women officers |

| New Delhi, June 16: The Indian Air Force (IAF) has decided to reinstate 22 retired women officers and not to challenge a court order asking the armed forces to grant permanent commission to them, an official said on Tuesday.
"We have started the process of according permanent commission to women officers in accordance with the Delhi High Court orders," IAF spokesperson Tarun Kumar Singha told the media. (IANS) |
