Court refuses to order probe into Batla House encounter |

| New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today refused to order any judicial or magisterial inquiry into last year's Batla House encounter, during which a police inspector and two suspected Islamist militants had been killed.
Rights groups and some local residents had raised questions about the encounter in a congested neighbourhood within the Okhla area of south Delhi. (IANS) |
