Religare joins hands with Swiss Re for health insurance |

| Mumbai: Religare Enterprises Limited, India's leading financial services group, today said it has entered into a joint venture agreement with leading global re-insurer Swiss Re to start a health insurance company in the country.
Swiss Reinsurance company, better known as Swiss Re, will be a minority shareholder and will provide its actuarial, risk management and underwriting expertise to the new venture.
The proposed joint venture will be operational by 2010, the company said in a regulatory statement.(IANS) |
