| New Delhi, May 13: If you are fluent in 'Hinglish' i.e. mixing both Hindi and English and produce a typical, impossible to comprehend, pseudo-sarcastic language then a career in BPO is impossible for you. Today many young candidates and professionals generally converse in this language that may prove to be detrimental for them if they are planning to pursue their career in BPO or in the communications industry.
In the BPO industry, it is impossible for global clients to understand Hinglish or Indian English language that creates a communication barrier. Many times it creates confusion and trouble that may be disadvantageous for the BPO company.
Candidates who are planning to opt for a career in BPO must improve their English language expression and accent so as to carry on easy communication with overseas customers. They must also have knowledge about the proper use of grammar and sentence construction. |
