Malegaon blast accused to be charged under MCOCA

| Mumbai, July 19: The Bombay High Court today quashed the dropping of charges under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) on all the 11 accused, including Sadhvi Pragnya, in the September 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case.
Six people were killed in the blast. (IANS) |
