Indian Mujahideen 35th terror group to be banned in India |

| New Delhi, June 4: The Indian Mujahideen, which is said to be responsible for a series of bombings in Delhi, Ahmedabad and Jaipur in 2008, among other strikes, today became the 35th terror group to be banned by the Indian government under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
The United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) heads the list.
The following is the list of banned organisations as it appears on the home ministry website:
1. United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA),
2. National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB - in Assam),
3. Peoples Liberation Army (PLA),
4. United National Liberation Front (UNLF),
5. Peoples Revolutionary party of Kangleipak (PREPAK),

9. Revolutionary Peoples Front (RPF - in Manipur),

11. National Liberation Front of Tripura (NLFT - in Tripura),
